In the summer of 2010, tragedy struck the Menora family when three of the children – Rikki, 17, Racheli, 15, and Yossi, 13 – were killed in a plane crash. After the tragic accident, Sima Menora decided to create Dror,  a program in memory of her daughters that identifies girls at this crucial stage of life and gives them the resources to face challenges.
